在院所第八届学术年会上，各科室从2007年发表论文中推荐产生的34篇优秀论文进行了报告。由包括4位院外专家和31位院内专家组成的评审委员会，根据论文的科学性、研究价值及讲演者演讲技巧、言语表达等综合水平进行打分，并最终确定了一等奖论文2篇、二等奖论文7篇、三等奖论文10篇，优秀论文奖 16篇。病因及癌变研究室孙瞳的论文“A six-nucleotide insertion-deletion polymorphism in the CASP8 promoter is associated with susceptibility to multiple cancers”和胸外科赫捷的论文“Overexpression of Pin1 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and its correlation with lymph node metastases”获得本年度发表论文影响因子最高奖。分子肿瘤学国家重点实验室骆爱萍的论文“Discovery of Ca2+-relevant and differentiation associated genes down-regulated in esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma using cDNA microarray”和放射治疗科傅卫华的论文“Delivery time comparison for intensity-modulated radiation-therapy with/without flattening filter – a planning study”获得本年度论文被引频次最高奖。优秀科室奖由病因及癌变研究室和核医学科获得。
