专家简介
中国医学科学院肿瘤医院/分子肿瘤学国家重点实验室研究员,北京协和医学院长聘教授和“教学名师”,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,卫生部有突出贡献的中青年专家。1982年安徽师范大学本科毕业,1988年皖南医学院硕士毕业,1993年法国克莱蒙第一大学博士毕业。
1995年应聘到中国医学科学院肿瘤医院/分子肿瘤学国家重点实验室工作。现为中华医学科技奖评审委员会委员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤病因学专业委员会和中华医学会医学遗传学分委会常委,《PROTEOMICS-Clinical Applications》、《Chinese Journal of Cancer Research》、《Chinese Journal of Cancer》、《J Thoracic Disease》、《World Journal of Clinical Oncology》、《中华肿瘤杂志》、《中华医学遗传学杂志》等杂志编委,《中国肺癌杂志》常务编委,《癌变畸变突变》和《国际遗传学杂志》杂志副主编。

长期从事肿瘤分子生物学和肿瘤遗传学工作,研究方向为癌变分子机理及肿瘤分子标志。近年负责的科研项目包括863重大专项、973计划、国家科技支撑计划、卫生行业科研专项、国家自然科学基金重点项目及面上项目、北京市科技计划重大专项、北京市自然科学基金、教育部高校博士学科点基金等。取得的主要学术成就包括:研究揭示了CTTN、CRT、PLK1、PKCiota、SKP2、Ln5-gamma2等多个调节细胞增殖、凋亡抗性、粘附、运动以及肿瘤侵袭转移的基因及其相关信号通路,鉴定了多个可能用于肿瘤癌前预警、早期诊断以及分型的分子标志,作为通讯和第一作者已在Nature Genetics、Gastroenterology、Cancer Research、Clinical Cancer Research、Cell Research、Oncogene、Carcinogenesis、Journal of Molecular Medicine、Molecular Cancer Research、International Journal of Cancer、Genes Chromosomes Cancer、European Journal of Cancer、Genomics、Cancer Letters、Gene等杂志发表英文学术论文60余篇,主编《肿瘤遗传学》和中华医学百科全书《肿瘤学》基础卷等专著,获得2013年国家科技进步奖一等奖,并多次获得北京市科学技术奖、中华医学科技奖和教育部高等学校自然科学奖。
